Dear Scott, my Dell 600 apparently have the FPU Bug. It's giving this message: App. Error: Floating-point error: error, also, I got wrong answer to the math.test that you suggest.
The processor, according to Dell, is: Intel(R) Pentium(R) M, 80536, 1.5 Ghz.
Is this processor cover by the lifetime warranty?

That processor does not have the , otherwise known as Errata No. 23, titled “Slight precision loss for floating-point divides on specific operand pairs.” For more information on that particular defect, see the section titled "Pentium Defects" in URPCs 18th edition (that section was removed from the 19th and later).
That specific bug was fixed in the D1 or later steppings of the 60/66MHz Pentium processors, as well as the B5 and later steppings of the 75/90/100MHz processors. It does not affect any newer processors from the Pentium II to the present.
The problem you describe is most likely due to either defective software (whatever was running when the error was displayed) or a hardware defect (i.e. power, memory, motherboard, etc.) Scott.
