I had a habit of yelling at my computers, not loud enough to be heard beyond my walls but close enough. Seemed harmless. And saying "I clicked you. I didn't mean tomorrow." to the OS is eminently reasonable. But I mostly stopped and my blood pressure went down about 10-15 points, the average and typical range dropping over multiple readings over multiple weeks, bringing my level from high normal (meaning not dangerous but keep an eye out) to just normal.
Unlike the story about someone catching a computer virus, this was real.
