I need a HDD caddy for a Dell E6430 (Service Tag: FLM8LV1) and wanted to know how standard these are, if at all.

I've found some for around $5-$10 but they aren't specifically for this model Dell. I also found this and this on Amazon, but the price ranges greatly. What is recommended?

Evan

Note that the internal HDD on that system uses a caddy and you can also install a 2nd HDD via a bay adapter, which replaces the optical drive. Both the internal drive caddy and 2nd HDD bay adapters for that system are of a proprietary design. The ones you linked to appear to be the correct 2nd HDD bay adapters for the system. In choosing between the similar items I would probably use whichever one was the cheapest, as there really isn't much else that can be different between them. Scott.
