I've got something I've never experienced before.
I put a fresh image on a laptop. I had all the Windows Updates current, everything current, Windows 7 activated, MS Office 2013 Activated, Office Updates current, everything was working perfectly.
The only remaining thing to be done was a bottom case replacement because of slight damage in the corner where the AC adapter and WiFi switch is.
After replacing the bottom case the laptop is booting to a BSOD.
Since the CMOS battery had to be removed and moved to the new bottom case, the system date and time was off and had to be reset. I even reset BIOS to defaults.
Windows begins to boot for a second, then offers Startup Repair which fails. If allowed to startup normally, the colored flag begins to form in the middle of the screen, just for a moment, then blue screens, and reboots.
I tried to boot to our WDS server to reimage it again just for kicks, and it BSOD's even trying to reimage again.
I took it all apart again to make sure everything was right inside with all the connectors, and sub boards inside on the motherboard, put it all back together, same thing.
I'm lost now. It passes Dell Diagnostics with no errors.
