Scott I found the link it is cheaper on amazon then newegg website newegg wants 87.00 and on amazon website it is 27.00 with free shipping.

This thing is great.

But I try it on a Hp dvd740 for some reason I can't get it to work I am not sure if it is the drive or the adapter power supply not giving the right volt to the drive but it works great on the hard drives. I will take the drive and have it test it. I just can't get the drive door to open then I have it connect to the ugreen adapter It could be the drive might be bad but I don't think so it work before I took it out of my old desktop. I also took an old power supply and test the drive and it did open up. I also could be that It Ide port on the adapter don't fit in all the way to. I can get it so it would see it in the computer but just won't open.

I have contact ugreen they are really nice people and they are going to look into it and see what they can do or other wise I could return it back to amazon and have a new one sent out to me.

Scott this adapter works great. I found out why my HP IDE DVD-RW drive was not able to open the drive tray. HP did not use a stander IDE power port the pins are little short and the power pins are a little thin then the stander DVD-RW drives I went and got new IDE DVD-RW drive and that on works great with this Adapter.

Yes go ahead and order one for yourself. This is way better then a hard drive docking station. And it fits nice in my backpack tool bag...

Very nice.

Enjoy.
