T420 bios

In the bios on the T420 thinkpad why can't I see the video card and what type of hard drive in the bios

Laptops don't typically have video "cards". Let me know what you find out. Scott.

ok but in the bios how come the hard drive infomation don't show up in the bios in the T420.

Is it ok to use the windows disk clean up tool on the the SSD.
on the SSD what is the gb going down so fast a few days ago it was up around 420gb now it drop down to 410gb of free space and I have not install anything else on the SSD.

What version of Windows? What exactly does the disk cleanup tool do in that version? Scott.

T420 lenovo thinkpad the one I install the SSD into it and clone the hard drive it has windows 7 pro 64bit all it does when i run it cleans up the SSD files temp and other stuff then deletes it.
