I've noticed with desktop computers with many simm card readers, the hard drive might be assigned some other letter besides C. When ever I've tried changing the HDD letter, I get a "HDD letter can't be changed" message. Is there a way to change the HDD letter through Disk Manager or elsewhere?

You cannot change the boot drive letter except by reinstalling from scratch. To prevent the boot drive from being assigned a letter other than "C" during the reinstall you need to insure all flash drive readers are disconnected until after the installation is complete. Scott.
