Scott, I have physically installed a 1TB Enterprise-class hard drive in a system that uses Windows 7 Professional. Would it be a good idea to use the GPT partition style to format it, or should I use the MBR partition style instead? The other hard drive in the system is a 1TB SSHD.

I would use MBR partitioning since it is more compatible with a wider range of systems. That may become important should you ever need to connect it to another system and/or to recover data. Scott.
