Dear Sir,
your book upgrading and repairing windows only stops at windows vista.
I could understanding from your book that the recent desktop/laptop windows from microsoft are upgrades from windows NT. but what provisions have you make sir for your readers like me to upgrade and repair windows 7, windows 8 and other upcoming windows.

While Windows Vista and 7 are relatively similar, Windows 8 obviously had significant changes. We are considering another update of that book, but it most likely wouldn't happen until around or after Windows 10 is released. Thanks for your interest! Scott.

Scott, would you recommend avoiding both Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 like the plague?

Unfortunately Windows 8 was a major dissapointment. In general I recommend staying with Windows 7 until something better is available. Scott.

A new edition is under consideration but it would be a little while before any official announcement could be made. Scott.
