Ok, so you don't have a general section, as you've said before, but I'd value your option on what you make of ITIL. Other than appeasing employer that ask for it, but in practice rarely follow it, does it have value?

I'd say that having well defined services and structure in IT support is a good thing, but beyond that I don't have any experience with ITIL specifically. Scott.
