I'm looking for a convenient way to install Windows Updates for a machine that has been reimaged.
Where I work, they use .WIM images and have a different image for each machine that we have deployed. There is probably a better way, but, this is how they are doing it.
Even when I do this for my side work, when I (or we at work) start from the beginning with the base image, there are often 100's of updates and then we might hit SP1 or SP2 followed by tens of dozens more updates.
I found a program awhile back that was supposed to help automate this, (can't remember what it was) but it didn't work.
I'd love to have an .iso or something that could be burned to a DVD or used as a flash drive so it would save the time of downloading all the updates.
