Scott, I seem to remember there used to be a MS website where you could download the Windows 10 pro .iso as long as you have a product key. Now I can't find it, or they changed it so you have to download the Windows Media Creation Tool. I've also read on pc mag.com that you can't use an OEM key. Is that correct?. So my question is do I have to use my Windows 10 install DVD to create an .iso using CdBurnerXP or another application, then use Rufus to create the bootable USB?. Or should I be able to go online to a Microsoft site and download an updated version of Windows 10 Pro by entering the product key on my DVD?.
