Hi,
DELL 1X1RSD2
4175142230
PRE- QUESTION: Scott, Are you related to Robert Mueller - the special prosecutor?

QUESTION: Win10 with the creator update. Just as bad if not worse.
AVAST! free (17.6.2310)
McAfee LiveSafe (16.0.3)
&
McAfee WebAdvisor (4.0.157)

The PC came with McAfee; I added Avast!. I want to remove AVAST! and need your expert advice on the best way: There's a removal tool online
https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
but my concern is McAfee getting involved.
This PC is VERY SLOW which IMHO is partly due to 2 anti malware programs (I don't need both).

Please advise!

P.S. I posted conclusions on 2 other posts I never followed up on:
UP-TO-DATE INFO for "Disk editors, data recovery ..." POST ?

WINDOWS 10 lost a folder.

Not that I know of, but of course everybody is related to everybody else if you go back far enough. <g>

I would use that tool if the standard Windows uninstaller did not work. I do normally recommend Malwarebytes Free. Thanks for following up on your other posts. Scott.
