Scott, I seem to remember there used to be a MS website where you could download the Windows 10 pro .iso as long as you have a product key. Now I can't find it, or they changed it so you have to download the . I've also read on pc mag.com that you can't use an OEM key. Is that correct?. So my question is do I have to use my Windows 10 install DVD to create an .iso using CdBurnerXP or another application, then use Rufus to create the bootable USB?. Or should I be able to go online to a Microsoft site and download an updated version of Windows 10 Pro by entering the product key on my DVD?.
