 Post subject: Question concerning Windows 7 and Windows 10 SDK

Scott, would you recommend using Windows 10 SDK with Windows 7 in this day and age?

FatGuy, I do have a B.S. degree in computer science as well as a minor in mathematics. However, I have never been officially employed as a computer programmer.

If you are developing Windows 10 apps then you should use it on Windows 10. Scott.
