What is the Service Tag number (required when asking questions about Dell systems)?

Have you ever set up and/or used the wireless card in this laptop to successfully connect to a wireless network before? If so, what has changed in the system between then and now?

What router are you using (make, model, and firmware revision)?

Can you connect to your router with security disabled (i.e. no WEP, WPA, etc.)?

Can you connect to any other wireless router or network?

Scott.
