I just found out that there are recall on IBM think pad laptops the model is X1
phone number to call is 1-800-426-7378 this is the IBM think pad The recall is due to it could catch on fire. The say to stop using this model right away and cal them.

Sounds like an issue with the lithium ion battery, which is not unusual. It is good that they are going to take care of it. Scott.
